This Cookie Policy explains how Sysdig, Inc. and our Affiliates (collectively “Sysdig,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) use cookies and similar technologies on our websites, and the choices available to you. It supplements, and should be read together with, the Sysdig Privacy Policy, which describes more generally how we collect, use, retain and disclose personal information.
What are cookies and similar technologies?
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device when you visit. Cookies allow the website to recognize your device, remember information about your visit, and function reliably. We also use technologies that work in a similar way, including:
In this policy we refer to all of these collectively as “cookies.” Cookies may be set by Sysdig (“first-party cookies”) or by a third party acting on our behalf or for their own purposes (“third-party cookies”). They may last only for the duration of your browsing session (“session cookies”) or for a defined period after it (“persistent cookies”).
Categories of cookies we use
We group the cookies on our websites into the following categories. Except for cookies that are strictly necessary, we set these only where you have given your consent, or otherwise as permitted by applicable law.
Necessary. Enables core functions such as page navigation, security, load balancing, form submission and remembering your cookie choices. Our websites cannot function properly without these, so they are set without consent.
Preferences. Remembers choices that change how our websites behave or look, such as your preferred language or region, or a video player’s settings. Set only with your consent.
Statistics. Helps us understand how visitors interact with our websites by collecting and reporting information, generally in aggregated or pseudonymized form. Set only with your consent.
Marketing. Used to track visitors across websites so that we and our advertising partners can show you more relevant advertising and measure how our campaigns perform. Set only with your consent.
Unclassified. Cookies that we are still in the process of classifying, together with the providers that set them. Treated as requiring consent until they are classified.

It is generated automatically by our consent management platform and is updated when our websites are re-scanned, so it always reflects the cookies in use rather than a point-in-time snapshot.
Third parties that set cookies
Some cookies on our websites are set by third parties that provide analytics, advertising, content delivery, marketing automation, product-demonstration and customer-engagement services to us. Depending on the pages you visit and the consent you give, these providers include, but are not limited to:

Analytics and product insight — Google (Google Analytics), Microsoft (Microsoft Advertising and Microsoft Clarity), Hotjar.
Advertising and campaign measurement — Google (Google Ads, DoubleClick), Microsoft, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), Reddit.
Marketing automation and account intelligence — Adobe Marketo, Demandbase, Oktopost.
Content, media and interactive experiences — YouTube, Wistia, PathFactory, Navattic, Intellimize, GitHub.
Website hosting and delivery — Webflow.
These third parties may combine the information they collect through our websites with information collected elsewhere, for their own purposes. We do not control those cookies or the information they collect, and we encourage you to review the relevant provider’s own privacy and cookie notices. The list above is a summary; the automatically generated table in the previous section identifies the provider of every individual cookie.

Your choices
Our cookie banner. When you first visit our websites, we present a cookie banner that lets you accept or decline each category of non-necessary cookies. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time, with effect for the future, using the cookie settings control below.
Your browser. Most browsers let you see what cookies are stored on your device, delete them individually or entirely, and block cookies from some or all websites. These controls are found in your browser’s settings, usually under “Privacy” or “Cookies.” Because these settings are specific to each browser and device, you will need to apply them separately on each browser and device you use. Please note that if you block or delete necessary cookies, parts of our websites may not work as intended.
Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. Where we are required to do so by applicable law, we honor opt-out preference signals sent by your browser or an authorized agent, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC). Because there is still no common industry standard for interpreting “Do Not Track” browser signals, our websites do not respond to them separately.
Provider-level opt-outs. Several of the third parties named above offer their own opt-out mechanisms, which operate independently of our cookie banner. You may also be able to opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies through industry programs such as the Digital Advertising Alliance and the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance.
How long cookies last
Retention differs from cookie to cookie. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser; persistent cookies remain on your device until they expire or you delete them. The expiry of each individual cookie is shown in the automatically generated table above.
Legal bases
Where the General Data Protection Regulation or comparable law applies, we rely on your consent for all cookies other than those that are strictly necessary; for strictly necessary cookies we rely on our legitimate interest in operating our websites securely and reliably. Changes to this Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use or in applicable law. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. The list of individual cookies is refreshed automatically as our websites are re-scanned.
