What you will do:

  • Establish scalable intake and triage processes for feature requests across GTM and customer channels. Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to track prioritization, decisioning, and delivery outcomes for internal and customer-facing requests.
  • Operationalize Feature Intake & Delivery

  • Lead the quarterly planning process, aligning stakeholders across Product, GTM, and Finance to translate strategy into executable roadmaps.
  • Ensure alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success for release communications, enablement, and launch execution.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success and Marketing on strategic product launches, messaging readiness, and cross-functional enablement.
  • Track and communicate roadmap progress and product health to executive leadership and stakeholders.
  • Drive Quarterly Roadmap Planning, Launches & Release Readiness:

  • Partner with Product and Data teams to define and enforce product instrumentation practices.
  • Drive adoption of usage dashboards and metrics to inform roadmap decisions, track release success, and support customer engagement.
  • Build Analytics & Instrumentation for Product Insight:

  • Own and scale Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) that provide a unified view of product performance, roadmap health, and strategic alignment. Create operational dashboards and reporting rituals that drive transparency and accountability.
  • Lead Business Reviews and Reporting Cadence:The U.S. annual compensation range for this full-time position is between $265,000 and $293,000 USD/year.
